1、預拌混凝土的進料攪拌：在發動機怠速的情況下，將操作手柄撥至“進料攪拌”的“高速”位置；
1. Feed mixing of ready mixed concrete: when the engine is idling, turn the operating handle to the "high speed" position of "feed mixing";
a、預拌混凝土的攪動與攪拌車行駛：將操作手柄撥至“攪動”位置；攪拌車行駛前須將駕駛室內的軟軸控制手柄提至鎖定位置；
a. Mixing of ready mixed concrete and driving of mixer truck: turn the operating handle to the "mixing" position; Lift the flexible shaft control handle in the cab to the locking position before driving the mixer;
b、解除鎖定：將操作手柄向“進料攪拌”側推到位，如在駕駛室內進行操縱，只要將手柄退出鎖定位置，即可解除鎖定；
b. Unlock: push the operating handle to the "feed mixing" side in place. If it is operated in the cab, it can be unlocked as long as the handle is pulled out of the locking position;
c、攪拌筒的停轉：將操作手柄撥至“空擋”。
c. Stop of mixing drum: turn the operating handle to "neutral".
注意：無論是將操作手柄從進料側撥至出料側還是從出料側撥至進料側，皆應使其在空擋位置稍作停留，待筒體停止轉動后方可撥至下一操作位置。
Note: whether the operating handle is moved from the feed side to the discharge side or from the discharge side to the feed side, it shall stay in the neutral position for a while, and can be moved to the next operating position only after the cylinder stops rotating.
進料前應先檢查攪拌筒內是否有水，如有積水，將發動機轉速控制在700-1000rpm，將操縱手柄撥至出料位置，以便排除積水。
Before feeding, check whether there is water in the mixing drum. If there is ponding, control the engine speed at 700-1000rpm and turn the joystick to the discharge position to remove the ponding.
2、預拌混凝土：
2. Ready mixed concrete:
a、先注入總水量2/3的水；
a. First inject 2 / 3 of the total water volume;
b、將1/2的粗骨料，1/2的砂，全部的水泥順次送入攪拌筒，隨后再將余下的1/2粗骨料和水送入；
b. Send 1 / 2 coarse aggregate, 1 / 2 sand and all cement into the mixing drum in sequence, and then send the remaining 1 / 2 coarse aggregate and water into the mixing drum;

c、攪拌筒轉速及攪拌時間“
c. Rotating speed and mixing time of mixing drum“
進料時攪拌筒的轉速：6—10轉/分；
Rotating speed of mixing drum during feeding: 6-10 R / min;
攪拌時攪拌筒的轉速：6—10轉/分；
Rotating speed of mixing drum during mixing: 6-10 R / min;
攪拌時間：10—16分鐘。
Mixing time: 10-16 minutes.
e、攪拌完畢后的攪動及出料方法與前述相同。

3、 供水操作：

采用水泵供水：
Water supply by water pump:
a、先打開駕駛室里的水泵翹板開關，再打開蜂鳴開關，水泵即可工作，同時，蜂鳴器發出“嘟嘟嘟”的叫聲；
a. First turn on the rocker switch of the water pump in the cab, and then turn on the buzzer switch. The water pump can work. At the same time, the buzzer sends out a "beep" sound;
b、向攪拌筒內加水或沖洗料斗槽時，開啟“料斗”閥門；
b. Open the "hopper" valve when adding water to the mixing drum or flushing the hopper tank;
c、沖洗出料溜槽時，開啟溜槽閥們；
c. When flushing the discharge chute, open the chute valve;
d、沖洗車身時，先開啟水槍閥門，而后可直接使用車尾水槍；采用氣壓供水：
d. When washing the vehicle body, first open the water gun valve, and then directly use the rear water gun; pneumatic water supply is adopted:
① 先打開駕駛室供氣開關，當主車壓力表達到8kg/cm2壓力再打開供水系統手動氣開關，當壓力表達到2 kg/cm2壓力時即可工作。
① First turn on the air supply switch in the cab. When the main vehicle pressure is expressed to 8kg / cm2, then turn on the manual air switch of the water supply system. When the pressure is expressed to 2kg / cm2, it can work.
② 向攪拌筒內加水，沖洗料斗槽、卸料槽時，先開啟水箱底部閥門，再開啟“料斗”閥門。

③ 沖洗車身時，先開啟水箱底部閥門，后直接使用車尾沖洗裝置。

4、裝置驅動：

一旦液壓泵發生故障，可按以下緊急驅動步驟進行驅動：
Once the hydraulic pump fails, it can be driven according to the following emergency driving steps:
a、轉被好緊急驅動軟管（即應急軟管）；
a. Turn the emergency drive hose (i.e. emergency hose);
b、將故障車（被驅動車）熄火，卸下液壓馬達上的高壓油管接頭；
b. Turn off the faulty vehicle (driven vehicle) and remove the high-pressure oil pipe connector on the hydraulic motor;
c、將故障車（驅動車）熄火，將其液壓馬達的高壓油管接頭卸下，并與故障車上液壓馬達的對應接頭軟管相連接；
c. Turn off the fault vehicle (drive vehicle), remove the high-pressure oil pipe connector of its hydraulic motor and connect it with the corresponding connector hose of the hydraulic motor on the fault vehicle;
d、發動救援車，將其操縱手柄撥至出料位置，故障車內的混凝土即被排出；
d. Start the rescue vehicle, turn its control handle to the discharge position, and the concrete in the faulty vehicle will be discharged;
緊急驅動完畢后，將救援軟管卸下，并恢復兩車原狀
After the emergency drive, remove the rescue hose and restore the two vehicles to their original state
